Meet the team

Our biggest point of pride is the team at Prism Eye Center. We are extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience in all aspects of eye care. Our passion and expertise in improving and preserving vision is evident in all we do. But what really makes us stand out is the caring, kind, and fun-loving personalities that make up our team. We genuinely enjoy coming to work each day and are always looking for ways to brighten the day for our teammates as well as our patients. The majority of our patients have been part of our eye care family for years and years and we are so grateful for the relationships we have developed. Dr. Jesse Jangula

Optometrist

Originally from Bismarck, ND, Dr. Jesse Jangula attended the University of North Dakota.  After graduating summa cum laude in 2005, he attended the College of Optometry at Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. He graduated with honors in 2009 and then completed an additional year of training as a resident optometrist at the Spokane Veterans Hospital specializing in geriatrics and primary care, ocular disease, and surgery co-management.  In addition, Dr. Jesse specializes in fitting custom contact lenses such as scleral contacts.  He also enjoys doing pediatric eye exams and co-manages with many of the local pediatricians. In his free time, Dr. Jesse enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Rebecca Jangula

Optometrist

Originally from the small town of Cashmere, WA, Dr. Rebecca Jangula attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. After graduating summa cum laude in 2004, Dr. Rebecca spent a year working in two private optometry offices. During this year, she confirmed her passion for eye care and gained experience in the field. She then went on to attend the College of Optometry at Pacific University, where she met her husband, Dr. Jesse. After graduating with honors in 2009, she started in private practice providing full-scope optometric care to the community. Her professional interests include dry eye and ocular surface disease management, myopia control, and comprehensive primary care. In her spare time, she loves to ski, camp, and spend time with her husband and two children.
